Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Connect your social media accounts to use Zuke’s supported social media and marketing features. Once connected, you can use Zuke to create content and publish it directly to supported platforms.
Note: Some social media integrations are only available on selected Zuke plans. The platforms available to you may depend on your current subscription.
You can currently connect:
- Facebook – Business pages
- Instagram – Business and creator accounts
- LinkedIn – Personal profiles and company pages
- X (Twitter) – X accounts
- YouTube – YouTube channels
Connect an Account
- From your Zuke dashboard, go to Settings.
- Find the Social Media Connections section.
- Choose the social media platform you want to connect.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to the selected platform if prompted.
- Select the page, profile, business, or channel you want to connect.
- Review and approve the requested permissions.
- Return to Zuke and confirm that the account shows as connected.
You do not need to connect every platform. Connect only the social media channels your business currently uses.
Before You Connect
Keep the following in mind when connecting your accounts:
- Facebook: Make sure you have the required access to the business page you want to connect.
- Instagram: Your Instagram profile may need to be a Business or Creator account.
- LinkedIn: It may take a few seconds for your available profiles or company pages to load.
- X (Twitter): Sign in to the X account you want to use with Zuke and approve the requested permissions when prompted.
- YouTube: Google may display additional permission or verification screens during the connection process.
Verify Your Connections
After connecting your accounts, return to Social Media Connections and confirm that the correct profiles, pages, or channels are displayed.
If a recently connected account does not appear immediately, refresh the page and check again.
You’re Ready
Your core Zuke setup is now complete. You have created your account, set up your business profile, and connected the social media channels you want to use.
You can now start exploring Zuke’s Business, Online, Creative, and Marketing tools at app.zuke.co.za.
