Engage with Community

How to Engage with Your Community

Zuke allows you to engage with your community by sending emails to selected audiences. You can generate an email draft using AI, personalise the content, and send it to your chosen community.

Before you start, prepare an email draft and upload any images you want to include to Cloudinary.

Step 1: Prepare Your Email Draft

Before using Zuke, prepare the email content you want to send to your community.

If your email includes an image, upload the image to Cloudinary first.

  1. Upload your image to Cloudinary.

  2. Copy the image URL generated by Cloudinary.

  3. Include the image URL in your email draft.

  4. Write the rest of your email content.

Keep your email draft ready because you will use it in Zuke.

Step 2: Open Community Management

Once your email draft is ready:

  1. Log in to your Zuke account.

  2. Select the business you want to use.

  3. Go to Businesses.

  4. Open Community Management.

  5. Click Engage with Your Community.

Step 3: Choose Your Email Type and Community

On the Engage with Your Community page, you can choose how you want to communicate with your audience.

  1. Select One-on-One Email or the option for emailing your community, depending on your needs.

  2. Choose the community you want to engage with.

  3. Select the relevant update type, such as General Update.

  4. Choose the business or email account you want to send the email from.

Step 4: Generate an Email Draft Using AI

Zuke allows you to generate an email draft using AI.

  1. Enter the subject of your email.

  2. Use the subject you prepared earlier, if applicable.

  3. Click Generate Draft with AI.

  4. Copy the generated email content.

  5. Paste the generated content into the email editor.

  6. Click Use This Draft.

Review the draft before continuing to the next step.

Step 5: Personalise Your Email

Before sending the email, check the content and personalise it for your audience.

  1. Review the email text.

  2. Check any personalisation fields, such as First Name.

  3. Make sure the personalisation field matches the information available for your recipients.

  4. Remove or correct any placeholder that does not match the available information.

  5. Check that your email content and image links are correct.

For example, if the email uses a recipient’s first name, make sure the correct First Name field is available and used.

Step 6: Review Your Email

Before sending your email, review the draft to make sure everything is correct.

Check that:

  • The subject is correct.

  • The email content is complete.

  • Personalisation fields are correct.

  • Image links work correctly.

  • The correct community and sending account are selected.

Once everything looks correct, you can continue with the sending process available on the platform.
